A fix has been applied on our primary path and we are continuing to monitor the situation.

Total outage lasted approximately 12 minutes observed in two short bursts between failover events. We're following up to understand why our BGP session flapped during the second outage.

Our Singapore upstream has identified the root cause and is working to mitigate the impact. We have in the meantime deployed capacity on a failover provider.

We're seeing periods of total loss in the APAC region - we suspect a cable break and have alerted our upstream providers. The region is being redirected for the time being.
